What is #IamRemarkable?
#IamRemarkable is a worldwide Google initiative that strives to empower everyone, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.
Many of us have difficulty talking about our own accomplishments. Cultural and gender norms, as well as Impostor Syndrome, can prevent any and all of us from acknowledging our remarkable qualities and expressing our accomplishments.
During the workshop you will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional live and be equipped with tools to develop this skill. The participants will be invited to challenge the social and their own perception around self-promotion. The workshop is designed to be interactive.

Irem Geles
Irem Geles holds a degree as aerospace engineer and drives her passion for supporting women in STEM and leadership positions.
On professional level she leads a team of consultants in the automotive industry in Germany.
Besides being an active member of EWMD since 2015, she wants to extent the vision of #IamRemarkbale as an official facilitator
as well as sharing the importance of self-promotion to women.
